Privacy Policy

Account data. Your email address, name, company, and billing details when you sign up or subscribe.

Campaign data. The website URL, sales context, and instructions you provide to Otto, plus the emails Otto drafts, sends, and receives on your behalf.

Usage data. Standard logs and product analytics (pages visited, clicks, device and browser info) to understand how the service is used.

We use your information to run Otto for you: to source leads, draft and send outbound emails, follow up, and report results. We also use it to operate the website, process payments, provide support, and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contents of your campaigns or replies to train third-party AI models.

We share data with vetted vendors strictly to deliver Otto — including cloud hosting, email infrastructure, lead data enrichment, large language model providers, analytics, and payment processing. Each provider is bound by a contract that limits use of your data to providing services to us.

We use a small number of first-party and third-party cookies for authentication, preferences, and product analytics (for example PostHog). You can block cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.

We keep your account and campaign data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least- privilege practices to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay.

Otto is operated from the EU and the US. By using the service you understand that your data may be processed in countries other than your own, under appropriate safeguards.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or in-product before they take effect.
